Jolt consumes Brand New Part when NOT using the toolbox
Reproduce: Repair a Gen, have toolbox (in my case last event toolbox) with a BNP. Work on the Gen but not using the Toolbox. Get jolted. BNP is gone. Video: https://youtu.be/qG-di85rEFo2 -
