Tracking by sound is not an easy to develop skill. She isn't as hard as Nurse or Blight, but she does take more skill than more than half of the roster imo.4 -

That's just a problem with the pre-drop meta than an Oni one to be honest. If gen efficiency wasn't so high that survivors could just waste pallets like crazy he would be fine.2
