Ah ok then. I was talking about using it for antiloop.
-
Yeah, you can hit those when survivors are dumb and stay at those unsafe loops on the other side of a pallet, but when they grow half a brain it's ridiculously easy to avoid. It's an attack that depends more on the survivor messing up than your own skill to use it (especially considering it's not even hard to use it).
-
I used to play him a lot before Blight got a lot of QOL changes. Hug tech is basically Demon Dash (in the sense of having no collision while rushing) but with way more potential due to the 5 bumps. He's also a pure M1 killer when the match starts so it's painful playing him against good loopers.
-
She's one of the most boring killers to face. M1 killer, her ambush is ridiculously easy to avoid, people who tunnel with the traps on, winning/losing games due to RNG, old Crate of Gears + Tampered Timer, the whole "boop the snoot" thing was never funny, etc.
-
Fun fact: Demogorgon can do a quick shred as fast as old Slinger could quickscope.
-
You know forums are for things like that, right? OP just opened a thread for something he thinks is bad for the game and wants it changed. Not everyone has to "suck it up". If you don't mind RPD, consider not entering a thread that has "RPD sucks" in its title next time, or open yourself a "Daily I don't mind RPD…
-
Okay, but if we're talking about going back to old mechanics I also want the 7 blinks back and no blink recharge mechanic to compensate.
-
Blight and Nurse are probably the most balanced killers in the game in the sense that it's skill vs skill when playing as and against them. Very rarely losing as them feels unfair because things like god loops and gen efficiency don't affect them as much as they do with other killers. If you lose against a team you always…
-
I played like 10 games as her yesterday and didn't even get the bug once :l. But okay.
-
Corrupt only blocks 3 gens, all the other 4 can still be done. If you're unlucky with RNG survivors can still spawn on the unblocked ones. Ruin does nothing if you're not chasing survivors off generators. Two survivors take 47 seconds to do a gen, so they probably spawned on the unblocked gen and immediately did it. If you…
-
Honestly that's good considering MMR has been probably the biggest survivor buff in the history of DBD.
-
Yes, definitely. Now please killswitch the map for 2 months again!!
-
MMR is capped so the best players will eventually get paired with the not-the-best players, otherwise they would have insane queues. It's not different than what happened at the old rank system.
-
Favorite: killer powers. Least favorite: maps.
-
You do have to consider Hillbilly is a free killer and every new player has immediate access to him. So you have to compare him to the other free killers. Hilbilly: 3,49% Trapper: 5,46% Wraith: 6,24% Nurse: 5,27% Huntress: 8,01% Hag (console): 2,16% Doctor (console): 5,16% So Hillbilly is only above Hag (a killer that is…
-
It's not a matter of getting used to, the loud sounds can literally hurt you physically.
-
At the time I usually play (00:00 to 02:00) MMR basically dies. Some days I get survivors with less than 100 hours and barely any perks.
-
70-80% at night, closer to 50% during the day.
-
Probably worse to play on than it already is, considering graphics > balance for the devs.
-
As someone who plays a lot of these three killers, the only one I can agree with is Trickster. Huntress is fine as is, she doesn't really need buffs. What she needs is less huge indoor maps like RPD. Deathslinger needs some love, but imo that's not it. Instead they should consider reducing his TR to 28m and reworking his…
-
Pop makes DMS redundant. If you're going to a gen to Pop it survivors will have to let go of it, and then blocking it with DMS is useless considering there's no survivor there to repair it. And even if Tier I DMS lets you use Tier III Pop you'd have to sit in front of the gen for 35 seconds because you'd only have 10…
-
I'm curious as well. Haven't touched M1 killers in months because it always feels like you have to rely on playing against potatoes. Thank God BHVR hasn't release a M1 killer in like 3 years by now.
-
Maybe these survivors are really good at hockey idk
-
I like playing him when I get bored of Huntress and Deathslinger (which is very rare, but it still happens). It's nice to not care that much about aiming and just machine gun a survivor.
-
Yeah, but then she can just blink to other side of it.
-
She can just blink in front of your locker and fatigue there. Most of the time she can catch up with a normal M1 or a short blink after you exit out of the locker.
-
BBQ is gen slowdown?
-
She's not underrated. Every tier list I've seen puts her at least in low A tier. It's just general consensus she sucks to play as and against, pretty much like Twins.
-
The only "must buy" killer in my opinion is Bubba. BBQ cuts the grind in half and it's a perk you simply can't pass by. Everything else is a matter of taste. As someone said above I'd recommend focusing on licensed killers since original ones can be bought for free with shards. Here are some options: Hag - Ruin, Devour…
-
Now that Trapper has two traps as basekit, all of them. Sure addons make them better.
-
From my experience most of the people here play a lot more of killer than survivor. Probably because in game as a survivor, even in solo, you usually have your teammates to back you up, even in the endgame chat. As killer main that has turned the chat off sometimes it feels like I'm playing a single player so I come here…
-
I think Trapper is still worse. He's still the only killer that has to walk around the map and pickup his own power, and after that he still has to waste time setting it up AND, even if his trap works, there's still the chance that it won't do absolutely anything thanks to RNG. At least Myers has a very good thing which is…
-
I play on M&K so don't take my opinion too seriously, but I've faced some really good console Nurses and Blights that outperform even the best Artist. They probably just take 10x the time it takes to learn them on PC.
-
I don't understand people complaining in this post. The perk was still trash after the buff and only served for squads using map offerings wanting to troll the killer. They just made a trash but abusable perk into a trash but not abusable one. There's no reason to complain unless you're one of those trolls, and if that's…
-
Well, it seems a mod decided to help him with the challenge lol.
-
I disagree. I think DS, Unbreakable, Dead Hard, Circle of Healing, old Object of Obsession, Sprint Burst, Adrenaline, Windows of Opportunity, Kindred and Iron Will should be basekit.
-
Fun is very subjective, but Demon Dash is a very fun mechanic to master because you can strafe around objects (he doesn't collide with them like Bubba for example) and do cool flicks. Spirit takes some skill to play but her power is very straight forward: you need to learn how to track without seeing the survivor. There…
-
TONIGHT, GHERMAN JOINS THE FOG!
-
It would be a nice buff to Saboteur, but basekit? Nah. If that was the case everybody would just hold W to the side of the map without Scourge Hooks.
-
Blight is basically the only fun and strong killer in the game right now. Nurse is fun when you don't get a bug every 30 seconds which is basically never, while others like Hag, Twins and Spirit are either boring or feel clunky to play. Maybe we should focus on making the other 25 killers fun and strong as well instead of…
-
The synergy with Pain Resonance is a bit too strong in my opinion. It could use a 30 seconds cooldown between activations so you can't keep a gen blocked on the other side of the map forever.
-
Nah, either fix the maps so people don't want to waste time closing the game instead of playing through an unfun match or remove map offerings.
-
Hug tech is intentional. When you look down after bumping the game itself gives you the option to Rush. It's intentional because it's the only way to get through some doorways. Cry about it.
-
A few times here and there. Usually the ones who use it are very good loopers who want to be chased.
-
That's what I'm planning to do. Unfortunately Elden Ring doesn't come out until the 25th so DBD will have to suffice me until then.
-
It didn't change what's wrong with the perk: the ability of giving the entire team a free medkit. Not even mentioning it still stacks with medkits and other healing perks so the speed penalty can easily be avoided. In my opinion it needs a total rework to do something different. It simply can't do what it already does…
-
Yes, survivor have been nerfed way more than killers overall. The reason should be obvious though.
-
Two people can't reveal Ghostface at the same time. What probably happened was that Feng was already trying to reveal him and made it impossible for you.
-
Unfortunately not yet. But it seems they are finally keeping their eyes on it.
-
SBMM made me play less in general. I'm not a huge fan of survivor gameplay and queues are long as hell for me. I used to play 8-15 games a day, now I probably play that in a week, and I just came back from a 1 month long break. Game is going downhill fast for me after SBMM.
