Nah, it's the best designed exhaustion perk in the game. It actually rewards a good play instead of just being "unga bunga press button for distance". Now that hits through pallets are…1 -

A DC still ruins the match for the other 4 players, it doesn't matter if you played 50 or 5 matches prior. You deserve the penalty, especially if you're DCing because of game mechanics.3
