If you are using an old bloodweb, it will spawn as yellow since it's original addon was of yellow rarity. Happened to me when they reworked wraiths addons too!3 -

The survivor counterpart gives no more than aura reading, so I think it is well balanced for what it does. By that, I mean, helping new players find reliably find vaulting and pallet locations!1
