How is 5% movement speed going to gut a killer that doesn't rely on base movement speed that much? Spirit has 110% movement speed, her power is on cooldown, and she can't see her victims...…1 -

I mean, billy has an insta down and the best mobility in the game. If he should receive any nerf, it's bringing his movement speed to 110%. I think that'd put him in the most balanced spot …2
