That's some awful 'advice'. Not to mention the post doesn't even mention solo queue. Being in a SWF doesn't make you immune from getting tunnelled out of the game.2 -

Hopefully the DS stun time is reverted soon. Still scratching my head as to why it got nerfed so hard and why the devs thought it would be good for the game.12 -
