This perks shouldn't make or break a game but with perks like Hyperfocus and DH for survivors and Jolt or Eruption for killers they have become ingrained into the playstyles1 -

Yes I do killers lost 9 meta perks Survivors lost 4 but got basekit BT which they whined over and got its duration doubled Not to mention things like OTR getting gigantic buffs1
