Legion Needs some buffs, like killers with more lethal powers has less cooldown than legion it doesn't make sense1 -

Maybe changing fuming Mix tape to something like: When you manually cancel the power your fatigue cooldown reduces in 0.5 seconds So we can't do the old legion instadown1
