It never was in need of nerving. It was a fairly decent stealth perk that never was in in any way a danger of becoming OP meta. Now it feels like just another one of the 30 "useless except in ve…2 -

originaly it silenced all footsteps, which to be fair was considered a bug. now it only silences running. -Patch 7.2.1 That was the better version and a fix was not necesseri in my opinion.1 -
