Tunneling happens regardless of gen regression strength. There is a good handful of gen regression perks that have a high pick rate. Eruption and Call of Brine are the only ones that aren't bein…30 -

Which is why it needs a buff. Chest builds in a meta filled with Weave/Franklin's/Hoarder and now the newly added Human's Greed is deadweight.1
