You have to have unlocked all the perks via the other survivors and killers first, but yes, technically you don't need to prestige and you will eventually get them all.1 -
Re: All survivors running meta perks is extremely hard to beat in my opinion.
It doesn't matter what you say, survivor mains will come up with an excuse as how you should have played better and all those meta perks wouldn't have mattered.10 -
