Either your mmr is extremely low, or you use nurse or blight. Survivors have it easy at high mmr.4 -

Is the game killer sided?
My friend is confident the game is killer sided, and I tried arguing with her that it's the complete opposite, but she still thinks survivors have a much harder time than killers. Thoughts?1
