There is no 10min ban. They escalate from 5 to 15 to XX. The 4 days in between should have reduced it to 0. How hard is it not to comment on something you are completely ignorant of?6 -

Crashed for first time in 3 or 4 days. Played probably 50+ games in the 3 or 4 days since last crash where I'd gotten a 15min penalty. I received a 15min penalty not 5min, I was under the impres…8 -

If it supposed to decay from 15 to 5 which it didn't you may want to look into it instead of just giving a dismissive reply "community manager" lul9 -

I'd guess a complete add on rework where he won't be able to stack buffs ie tuning guide + bulb etc.4
