Yep, same here on PS5. In it's bugged state, you can only get progress if you're the only survivor to be downed once in the entire game. Very annoying as it's the last trophy for me.1 -

At the moment, basement challenges & achievements can only be done on Dead Dog Saloon and Silent Hill maps.1 -
