I agree with this. I think a couple of the animations look alright, but the walking animation specifically looks much worse. Also, crouch walking looks like something out of a Scooby Doo cartoon.1 -

Grabs can be done while unhooking, just like you can grab a Survivor off a Gen. The rest sounds like latency.16
