Actually, you can still drop the pallet, get hit and the Killer doesn't get stunned; happened on my first pallet drop today. It wasn't fixed at all, despite what the patch notes say.2 -

Probably because they're trying for trick-shots and montage moments. Huntress is the sniping montage killer of DBD; its all about getting those flashy hatchet hits/downs.1
