The main difference being that there's really only 2 powers that can grant Vecna hits easily. Mage hand is already going to be tweaked, if I'm not mistaken. Those 2 powers can also be count…3 -

I've got a better idea. Make WoO basekit. Finally solo queue survivors will have the same knowledge regarding resources on the map as SWF, without needing to equip a specific perk for it.5
