As if those things are related in slightest, there is no reason high mobility killers choose something like CoB over any other instant reliable slowdown perks, unless those perks are completely gutted6 -

Because every unique killer got ridiculous amount of backlash and they had to practically rework all of them, they don't want to waste workload like that anymore6 -

Honestly 200% regression was only strong because there was no regression limit and also stacked with overcharge, in current dbd we can even buff it to 400% and still won't be that strong4 -

Exact same reason why survivors complain about tunneling, they can't play the game if generators are finished within 5 minutes3 -

The problem is the mode is generally heavily tilted towards survivor as is, balancing it would be even more difficult if we gonna give em "fun" things on top of basekit tools maybe we shoul…-4
