The opportunities might exist, but don't matter if no one is biting. It went from one set of slow-down perks to another. The only variety is which combination of slow-down perks is at play.1 -

If you're that concerned, consider playing another killer then with different perks. It's a great time to try other killers out. I'm mainly seeing disconnects with a handful of killers…1 -
