If I remember correctly, I THINK We'll Make It caps your healing at 100%. I don't believe it allows you above 100%?? I could be wrong. If it doesn't, you could technically heal a downe…2 -

This was changed months ago that downed survivors are healed 100% faster. Healing does not have a cap on how fast you heal, outside of using items over perks. If you run Desperate Measures, Botany, a…4 -
