Doing a part is NOT -15 per part. Since again if I do 40 charges of a generator before installing the part then I will not be decreasing the amount of time to do the remaining 40 charges by 15 seconds1 -

Actually it's 80 CHARGES. It hasn't necessarily taken 80 seconds. And no matter how many parts you install you still need to give 80 charges to the generator. Yes that is mechanically diffe…1
