Could the killer have been in the undetectable state? Alert doesn't reveal cloaked Wraith, Night Shroud Ghostface, Tier 1 Myers or a crouching Pig.1 -

The killer's total hook count tries to be a halfway point between no hook information and full hook information (either of which is fine IMO). Killers still need to count individual survivors�…8
