I always thought this "high risk, high reward" aspect of ruin was the main idea behind the entire perk. Like yeah, it has a very strong effect but it can also be dealt with really fast1 -

I don't necessarily have any perks in particular, I'd say. I would love to see more general perks tho. Especially on the survivor side I would love to see new ones, band aid perks like Reas…2 -

The hatchet wind up grunt of the huntress with this skin is so silent you can barely hear it. So it’s kinda hard to tell when to prepare for that1
