Ghost face is easier to use. You don't even need to stalk, his stealth can easily carry him and alot of players play him like that actually. His stalk is decent tho and I would recommend you use…1 -

Use nurse with speed add-ons and just chase survivors without blinks. Nemesis and play with your food as well1
