For none of them it's the primary use of their power. Legion needs so he has chance to chain hits. For Wesker and Ghoul, I would say it's so their power feels better and they just won'…1 -

It was always free revault for Legion. It still works and is easier to do against Wesker. Yet it's no issue for those, but somehow it is for Kaneki…0 -
