Per leaks by daylights original date leak it was supposed to unlock on the 5th, but that was when the event was planned for the 22nd. Best guess would be the 12th/13th meaning they unlock every 2 wee…4 -

I think the combination of protection hits/safe unhooks would be fine but only if they increased the amount of stacks you needed.1 -
