yellow tonic is always gonna be useless, in every situation its better to use slow gas instead if yellow tonic had separate charges from gas then it would be at least something1 -

the loop is completely unsafe, its not 'better safe than sorry' its lack of skill from your side and ensuring down when everyone else is dead gives no real value to bloodlust4 -

3 of those perks are not used at all and they do not provide a free instadown every chase and most of those perks have simple counters + they delete 1 killers perk slot and can be completely useless1 -

They probably didn't know about mori rework so they wanted to counter the key and the ones who do know just dodge the lobby as versing a survivor with key is nothing fun.3
