Agree with your post but they just won't change anything about perks until they get a proper balance team. Also coup will be garbage even with bunch of extra stacks, wasting stack when not even …1 -

yellow tonic is always gonna be useless, in every situation its better to use slow gas instead if yellow tonic had separate charges from gas then it would be at least something1
