If you are new to the nurse you definitely must use both cooldown addons. Nurse has much less room for mistakes and if you can't handle her, the tripple cooldown will destroy you.1 -

It does not need a nerf at all, it's fine perk now. They just have to disable it when you start blessing a totem.1
