Unable to pick up survivors
There's a spot between the door of the shack and the locker where the survivor can not be picked up This was on the Sanctum of Wrath, but it could be on other maps too2 -

No. The toxicity far outweighs the 1 or 2 nice survivors out there. I still get surprised when some asshat takes the time to send me something through the playstation messaging.1 -
