medkits and toolboxes are the strongest ones, but meddkits are better for soloq you know? at least if you know how to use it (insta heals are also really strong)2 -

the bubble counters the blindness effect, without it third seal would actually be a meta perk against solo q or even duo, imagine 3 survivors dying in the first hook1
