The reason SWF's pick the Perks they do isn't for some insane strategy it's more likely they are just friends and want to chat about other things other then constant call outs1 -

I blame the coding for the game rather then lack of ideas (hopefully) And even then there will still be problems but if the redesigned the game in C++ I would say that a lot of things will be better1 -
