First thing i would do is take a look at the strongest perks in the game .DS I would adjust it to etiher A. same amount of time but it is disabled if you touch a gen or totem or locker or you heal to…1 -
Enduring on wraith while cloaked
Is it me or does it seem like if you are cloaked than enduring has 0 effect if you are hit with a pallet, in fact the stun seems even longer than the normal 2 seconds.1 -

I think it would be very strong but easily countered by simply being out of terror radius.1
