I dont think tunneling is a one survivor problem and actually an issue for the whole team3 -

That would work as well, as activating it in one match even once is pretty hard. I was hoping it would have been rebalanced in the recent patch as other perks, since this one is really underused.1 -

By letting unhooking a survivor safely contributing towards activating the perk. No one seems to use it these days.6
