Name any other killer you want, i don't have a single one below 60% and with the exception of 3 of them they are all over 70%2 -

Na, its not optimal, gen blocking is much weaker than regression. Better to pain res a gen for 20%, then pop it for another 20% rather than block it for a short amount of time.4
