Precisely why it should be removed entirely (BT can still be a thing as a perk that is fine) and rework it so they have 0 collision and you can just swing right through them, that way they can't…-1 -

The killer is on the stronger side (still probably high B low A tier), but the example you gave is literally the weakest thing about him and is 100% avoidable if you pay attention.3
