You could bundle like 10 of the worst perks together and they still wouldn't be worth 1/2 of Ruin Most perks are just god-awful, plain and simple2 -

His entire shtick is the 1v1. It's intentionally not fair. Pre-drop pallets or hope he falls for window fakes.1 -
