Instead of limited boons, just make it so they turn into hex totems with an inverted weaker map-wide effect. Like -33% heal speeds for survivors, -1% speed, Scratch Marks are much more tightly groupe…1 -

I'd be fine with that, though I'd also add in Borrowed Time since it can get people into bad habits with unhooks.3
