According to another site BHVR have annual revenue $124.2M and 871 employees. If they're going to outsource the anti-cheat they should at least get a decent one.1 -

Fitflop make some work suitable shoes but I'd recommend trying first. Crocs do too. They're popular type of shoe in healthcare setting where your on your feet for long shifts.1
