It's been a thing for over a year. Devs fix it once every six months or so, then it comes back in a followup patch. Just something else they can't actually do anything about. Now with Shado…2 -

When I just looped the killer for three minutes, only to be hooked and see my team doing squat, not one gen done or being worked on, well, you've already thrown the match. So, suicide it is.2
