Yea I don't understand what builds they're targeting with this. Haste Clown already got toned down. Healing perks have built in diminishing returns already, are definitely not the meta buil…2 -

Agreed, it will end up with only the strongest / meta perk in each category being used. Or everyone will abandon the niche healing, haste, antiheal builds making matches as stale as ever.11 -
