It is the same as the other recent survivor chapters. People read a perk with a decent effect in the ptb, theorize that all survivors will have godly masterful skill using it that will break the game…5 -

Thing is i dont think is worth to use scavenger to refill a common or worn out toolbox, and using a commodius + charges you will probably repair the gens before the refill.2
