Pretty sure it's a bug. Seems little inconsistent if this type of stun in particular doesn't remove it. In any other case, a head on should cancel whatever killer was doing excluding desync…2 -

Some games have this. You just block the problem players to you and you don't have to play with them again. I don't think there's any downsides to this. Only makes dead by daylight a b…1
