For Buckle Up I'd say make it so the aura reading is map-wide and ignores any aura cloaking (Like Knock Out) or Blindness. It'll basically be an anti-slugging version of Empathy.1 -

Problem is, MYC and Devour Hope are very powerful perks and they only activate after the killer is a certain distance away from the survivor so rushing unhook can prevent those perks from activating.…1
