  I never use Ruin on my Killer builds, so these changes don't affect me. But I am a Doctor main when I play Killer (I usually play 50/50), so I'm more interested/concerned with that.

  I'll admit I run NOED frequently. But most of the time I can manage a 3k or even a 4k before it activates. I run it for the survivors that like to teabag in front of the gate or chase me around …
