I think there's something with Dead Hard and one of the recent updates where you see and hear the hit connect but Dead Hard negates the damage.2 -

Prestiging only gives you a cosmetic piece (bloody version of the default piece). Personally I think a prestiged character should earn bonus bp, but one can dream. Right now it's just cosmetics.…1 -
