Not obsolete since he has the tombstone piece, which is still ridiculously strong. His 1 shot still makes him better than a ton of killers because he can cut chases in half and secure kills easily.2 -

Yeah it can work, but you kinda need a whole build around it and even then if the killer is good they will more than likely slug and just come for you instead.3
