You will get used to it. 3 gens in 2 minutes is a worse case scenario and then it’s actually pretty hilarious survivors will have the stones to complain you tunnel someone after that. I can’t tell you how many times 2-3 gens pop before corrupt is over but I’ll still get salty -reps for tunneling/camping/slugging to counter…
-
I think it’s hilarious myself. Why not? I’ve played killer long enough to know survivors will have 0 hesitations when it comes to bullying you if you play bad. But after years of playing I’m experienced enough to not really take any of the guff and I BM habitually
-
I BM survivors out of habit when I win. Why? If I lose as killer there’s like a 95% chance of teabags at the exit gate. Im just a product of my environment.
-
You mean Nemesis? So you can eat a pallet and get a new obsession right at the start of the game to quickly build to 130% movespeed instamoris
-
Distressing, hoarder, dying light, and predator are the only ones that come to mind. Zanshin tactics can annoy me sometimes too.
-
I think it should just tell survivors it’s active before the killer hits someone. You finish the last gen, boom exposed and everyone knows. Then there’s plenty of room to go find it but also the killer can still use it to good effect.
-
He looks bad but his perks look good. It takes a ton of time to go into the power, launch the glyph, chain someone, and then actually walk over to them. And it barely looked like the chains even really slow them? Most survivors were not slowed down by the chains enough for me to think it’s actually a good chase power. And…

These are my go-to builds for rank 1 Myers. One is tombstone, one is regular. Both builds I basically do not M1 even when I can. I usually get tier 3 before I attack anyone because it’s worth it. Even in tier 1 if you walk into someone it’s best to stalk instead of M1 and let them get a ton of distance on you. Tombstone…
-
I play him all the time at rank 1, usually getting a 3k+. Pretty amazing killer, but the better the survivors the less the shots you actually take and the more you just drag the sword through every loop. Usually against them you do a fake flick to get them to go wide and then cancel the power into an M1. Or you are taking…
-
Even if it did it would not be worth the perk slot. 3 health states makes nemesis a non ideal candidate for heavy slugging
-
Looks like a regular day of DBD to me. I just got told to “die in a hurricane” which is a new one, courtesy of the salty survivors from 20m ago. Personally I enjoy collecting the salt, I think I got over 350 -reps by now? Other games you would have to work harder than this for it
-
I thought it was just to play instadown killers, same way I counter dead hard
-
I’m not watching all that, and you conveniently leave out the endgame screen. There’s plenty of DBD killer builds that are so strong cleansing all the totems isn’t feasible, especially in solo Q or on a huge map like RPD without dedicated totem hunting perks. It’s not reasonable to expect all 5 totems to get done every…
-
Unfortunately I have to agree. If the zombies actually worked on most maps it might be different but they are non functional on a ton of maps. They attack trees more than survivors. Three health states is also crippling on any huge survivor sided map. If the survivor has an exhaustion perk (which most should) they get 3…
-
I don’t see why Bubba is singled out here. Plenty of killers can face camp extremely well. Myers with 99% tier 3, doctor can shock spam the hook, Oni can camp with blood fury up, anyone with an instadown addon can face camp, etc etc
-
Yeah, people really need to read the perks and addons of the killers before they run around calling hacks
-
I think she is the best user because she is one of the most likely killers to be going back to an unhook situation, which is an easy trigger for it. It is also a death sentence to be injured against a good hag, and I usually run sloppy on her too. So someone unhooks near you, you smack them and they eat the broken +…
-
It’s not terrible but there’s obviously better choices for the slot. I find it to be the most useful for tunneling, since that’s the time when survivors are most likely to swarm the killer to stop them from finishing off the survivor. Failing to mention Hag with this perk is also a crime. She’s probably the best user of it.
-
And to think I just barely 2kd on swamp as him because ~literally half the trees~ didn’t have collision and it kept losing me chases If people wanna main him and learn all that I can respect it. I’m not taking the time to learn such a buggy power inside and out
-
On indoor maps sure. Outdoor maps I don’t think it’s too too huge a deal honestly since wraith finds people so easily as it is. It’s kinda minor compared to the plethora of other broken stuff in the game. Like it’s an addon that helps but it’s not an addon that’s gonna straight up carry you (compound 33)
-
Clown is good? He always has been. And like always, he is addon reliant. But with some good addons and a good build he is a very strong 1v1 killer. Ether bottles and bleach bottles are both very oppressive in chase
-
He’s only hard because half the objects in the game have no collision; so you never know when your rush chain is randomly gonna make you lose the chase because you slide across a massive tree or something you wanted to bounce off
-
Nah don’t do that. Spend it as you level them so you get more double BP offerings to use. Other than that basically just always run BBQ / WGLF and that’s as fast as it will get. Killers get way more BP than survivors on average and it’s easier to get 4x BBQ than 4x WGLF without throwing the game.
-
It really is. I play survivor all the time and I never complain about anything the killer does. Especially the situation you are talking about. The killer chasing you first, when you have ~the entire map~ full of pallets to work with. If you are going down at 5 gens so easily the problem exists between your monitor and…
-
You don’t deserve anything. It’s a PvP game. The killer is there to kill you, not hold your hand and make sure you have fun. You make your own fun by playing better. If you are getting outplayed that’s not on them. This is like those killers who come onto this forum and complain about survivors doing gens. Why shouldn’t…
-
The killer killing you isn’t “ruining your game”. Quit being such an entitled baby.
-
Ignoring DS with Pyramid Head. Such an obnoxious perk before it’s nerf. Being able to get hits at any loop in the game also helped
-
It’s probably a lot less than you think. I know the spawn locations on many maps for example and can usually find people within like 10-20 seconds of a match starting. If you don’t get into the locker quickly enough the killer can still see you getting into it with BBQ. The killer can also make a guess what area you are…
-
Unbreakable. You should have to earn it instead of just getting it for being bad.
-
Probably because most meta survivor perks reward failure and it rarely feels like you got outplayed. Oh, I’m playing like crap and keep going down in 10 seconds? It’s fine I have perks for that. At least Killer meta perks require some input from the killer for the most part. Ruin / Undying / Pop / etc do nothing if the…
-
Wait for them all to die because my whole team being dead is still a win condition with how I play
-
With a few killers specifically I like brutal over enduring. Clown is definitely one since people predrop against him so much. He also benefits from it even more than other killers since he can use the antidote on himself while breaking a pallet. But for your run of the mill M1 killer id do enduring sure. Enduring…
-
I wanna say some of the Francis outfits? I’ve definitively been able to blend into a stack of garbage cans as black trench coat Francis before.
-
You are right, I can’t understand how you are playing so bad you die that soon and I don’t care to understand. Git gud
-
Because that rarely happens? And I don’t have any issue with it at all other than the fact it’s hideous to go against as a solo Q but I usually just play killer when I’m solo and bypass that issue entirely! Solo Q gets to kick dirt anyways, if it wasn’t blight it would be someone else doing the stomping. But if you HAVE to…
-
You could make this argument about any killer in the game. Fact is, blight is super strong in a chase and can run whatever perks he wants. People run that build either because it’s optimal or because they don’t know how to use his power well enough to wean off ruin undying tinkerer.
-
I feel like it will vary killer to killer. But as far as power compared to effort put in per chase I wanna say it’s this one? Very low effort, but extremely strong anti loop. Once you get hit with an ether bleach bottle you basically drop a pallet or take a hit and that’s that.
-
I’m not sure why more people are not saying “hook bomb with BT” since that’s actually the fastest way to rank up as survivor
-
I don’t know how anyone who has played this game for any length of time is going to call perks like dead hard and decisive strike situational. DS was so universally strong it was used offensively more than defensively until the nerf, and it’s still used offensively often. BT can still be used to body block offensively and…
-
You do realize it’s literally impossible to do 12 hooks on any non top tier killer if the survivors are not bots? Every big streamer for this game also says that. I think the best example is watching true talent get friggin slapped trying to play nice against a tournament team. I wanna see you go into skill based…
-
Usually I do a high risk strategy with her and just run to the furthest corrupted gen and trap it ASAP at the start of the match. You can have a gen grab in the first 20-30 seconds of the game and then it’s GG. That’s why I think it’s better than tombstone piece because tombstone piece has 0 map pressure until tier 3 and…
-
I’ll never get why people complain about it. It takes 1 perk out of 16 survivor perks to get rid of the combo within like 90~ seconds usually. That’s supposed to be the equivalent of 8 perks for the killer.
-
I think it’s easy to agree that survivor perks are significantly more game changing than killer ones. Ruin Undying? Hard countered so easily by so many things. NOED? Killer has probably already lost the game by then. I can’t really think of anything else that’s a huge game changer for killer. Maybe tinkerer but that’s only…
-
Rusty Shackles IMO, on an indoor map it’s absolutely insane. And unlike the other killers, takes 0 skill to use. Like literally 0. But also maybe redheads pinky finger? It’s definitely better than Iri head at this point. Tombstone piece is up there but against a really good team you will only ever get 1 tombstone and a SWF…
-
I actually love sending myself as Billy to midwich. Blight as well. You can’t curve too many of the loops but he gets through the halls so fast and most of the loops are so unsafe it doesn’t really matter; especially if you know you are going there and make your build for it. It’s only bad when they are holding W away…
-
It’s because the bottles actually have to break now before the gas comes out if you don’t get a direct hit. So it takes longer overall to actually gas someone and they are more likely to be away from the center of the cloud.
-
They nerfed his expanded gas cloud one pretty heavily too. You used to be able to get absolutely massive clouds that lingered for a long time for some pretty good area-denial capabilities. Now they don’t expand the cloud nearly as much and the lingering effect has been removed. The only real positive is that his second…
-
That’s until you realize that DBD gameplay with 4 experienced survivors is usually hideous as killer. It can really feel more like a job than a game. And let’s be real here, this game isn’t getting balanced ever. 5 years and we still got sooooo many broken things and they keep releasing more. 5 years for an Iri head nerf,…
-
I wasn’t a huge fan as killer, as survivor it was kinda nice actually having decent teammates. Killer I was getting very experienced survivors and SWFs which sort of forces you into playing the killers who can handle those squads instead of playing the killers you like; which sucked since it’s great that all killers are…
-
So why wouldn’t you just use an actual totem build for that? Retribution with 1 shots from haunted sounds a lot better than retribution to….maybe sneak up on a survivor? A few rounds of aura reading sounds pretty meh for 2 perk slots; there’s other extremely strong tracking perks to use that will work all game.
