They bufff and add QoL to killer who need it. Its a casual game, nobody cares about your "skill expression" being ruined because you spend too much time playing them3 -

There is absolutely no "skill expression" by "managing your hooks", you just hook someone to the closest one or to the closest scourge one, like everybody does and alwas have done…30
